We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the mountain. The condo was clean and bright. The location was terrific for getting to the lift, with only a ~200-yard walk across the street to the lift/base. The community pool, with three hot tubs, was in our backyard (well, actually, the backyard of number 29, but nearby to be sure).
The liquor store and starbucks were both within walking distance, the grocery store only a two-minute drive. Elevation Ski Rental delivered and picked up our ski equipment.
We capped off our Presidents' Day weekend with terrific cocktails and dinner at Kenosha Steakhouse (also walking distance-two blocks from Park straight across to Main).
All-in-all, as near to perfect as you could get without valet straight from the airport.

This was our fourth time staying at One Breckenridge Place. Previous the units
have been well equipped with nice TVs, fully stocked kitchens, remote controls
in each bedroom, modern baths, and decorate pretty decently inside. This unit
was bust. Facet handles were broken, or fallen off, old school TVs, in our
bedroom there was no remote control. The coffee pot was broken and the
decor was totally outdated. We had wanted a unit with a hot tub, but they
were all taken. they told us it would not be a problem because there was a
newly renovated community pool and hot tub that were in the complex. The
pool and hot tub were not finished when we arrive, nor did they open the
entire week we were there. When I told the manager how disappointed we
were, he said the pool and hot tub that he personally had promised us were,
out of his control. He offered to help us out the next time we stay there, which
I am not sure will happen.
