This detached cottage, on a rural site is situated one mile from the town of Brecon on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park and sleeps twelve people in six bedrooms. Brynich Villa is a detached cottage, on a rural site, one mile from the town of Brecon, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. This cottage sleeps twelve people and has six bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor king size double, and on the first floor; a king size double, with en-suite bathroom, one single, one adult bunk beds, one family room with king size double and single bed, and another king size room, as well as a first floor family bathroom and a gro...und floor shower room. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with dining area, a utility room, a sitting room, a study, and a games room in the garage. Outside, this cottage has parking for 5/6 cars, an enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ, plus a children's play area within the caravan park next door. Brynich Villa is a perfect family holiday home within a stunning area, close to many places of interest.

Shop on caravan site next door (open April to Nov), garage/shop 0.75 miles, pub 10 mins walk.

The stunning Brecon Beacons National Park is a haven for walkers and cyclists, with breathtaking countryside, waterfalls and caves. Also with the National Park are market towns, castles, and monuments, plus relaxing activities, such as pony trekking, and a ride on the Brecon steam railway. Within driving distance is the town of Hay-on-Wye with its many book and antique shops, plus the towns of Abergavenny and Builth Wells are well worth exploring. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  We had a girlie 50th pj weekend here and it was fab. Great space for large groups, with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Although the bathrooms were tired we didn't have a problem with them as they were beautifully clean. The whole house was spotless, warm and cosy. Walked in to Brecon on the Saturday only about 15mins up the canal. Very pretty and just what was needed after a Friday evening eating, drinking and catching up with friends not seen in a while. We all enjoyed the house, location and amenities that we have all agreed to return...soon.
