It is near the cableway (250 metres) and the center of Cervinia (500 metres).
It has a a living room with a cooking area, a sofa bed. a TV set, a toaster. a microwave, a dishwaher ; a bedroom with a very comfortable big bed; a corridor with 2 single beds, a bathroom. Wi-fi is free.
The parking is free and it is in front of the building.

Appartamento ben arredato, molto comodo sia per raggiungere le piste che il centro paese. Da quando ci ho soggiornato la prima volta con il mio gruppo di 4 amici non ho mai trovato di meglio. E' la nostra prima scelta in caso di soggiorno a Cervinia. Ci siamo stati l'ultima volta per il ponte dell'Immacolata 2011 e ora ci torniamo. Ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo. Bellissima la cucina in stile americano. I nuovi infissi e termosifoni hanno fatto la differenza ! L''appartamento era molto caldo e confortevole. Lo consiglieri a chiunque, sia per un soggiorno invernale che estivo.
This is the ideal place for our winter holidays. Close to the center of Cervinia and to the slopes. Very beautiful american-style kitchen, well furnished appartament. The best choice in Cervinia. Reccomended also for summer! -

We spent a wonderful week in Cervinia July 3:rd - 10:th. The apartment is extremely well situated if you want to have easy access (walking 200m - 300m) to both the ski lift system and the nice centre of Cervinia. In winter time you could most likely "ski out & ski in". Even if the apartment is not "spacious" it is well planned (perfect for a family of 4 persons) and kept in a very good shape. The owner was very kind to us and assisted us with some good information about the ski system, restaurants etc. We would gladly rent this apartment again and we really recommend it to others.

Very friendly service and a great welcome. The owner is quick on answering and flexible on reservation period. The appartment is not that big but well planned and the "bar-kitchen" is the center of the appartment. Kitchen equipment is OK but some more cooking-knifes would be good. A vaccum cleaner would also be good for the cleanliness.
The location is absolutly the best with direct access to both slopes, cable cars and the center of Cervinia. We highly recommend this appartment for the smaller family.
