1xQ 2xT 1xQss Attractive Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, a patio style home with fresh furnishings and decor. Upon entry into this light modern unit, there is a full galley style kitchen, with dish washer, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, lobster pot, and a breakfast table for two. There is a large opening in kitchen that looks out to the dining room with seating for 6 guests and the living area with access to the patio. There are two TV's, one in living area with DVD player and one in the main bedroom with expanded Comcast Channels. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room and free local phone service provided, sorry no long dis...tance calls. This home is equipped with central air conditioning!

One bedroom has a Queen bed and has it's own private full bath and the other bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a full bath off hallway. The patio located off the living area features a gas grill and outdoor dining table for great for summer evening BBQ's.

Guests of this home will have access to Ocean Edge privileges, which will include the use of Fletcher indoor & outdoor pools, Fletcher cardio room, Arbor outdoor pool, the New Fitness Center with outdoor pool, and Tennis courts. This home does not include Golf privileges. Ocean Edge Resort charges fees to use any of these amenities! You must complete your OE guest list and submit it to CapeCodRentals.com 10 days prior to your stay in order to have privileges. Remember all Ocean Edge fees are to be paid upon arrival directly to Ocean Edge in order to have access. Note: This home has NO Internet Access.

  Great location and very quiet neighborhood. Condo is in a terrific location; central to all ponts and is in a very quiet neighborhood (for the Cape in the summer). Condo was very clean and had al the amenities needed.
  
  Was disappointing that we had to pay so much to use pool and other OE property activities, etc. I understand this was created by a change in the Ocean Edge Resort policy but was hopeful that Cape Cod Rentals could use some influence in negotiating a better result. Rental fees are high enough that pools etc. should be included.

  We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We agree with you Ocean Edge shouldn't charge an additional fee. We wish we had some power over Ocean Edge properties and their policies, but we nor anyone else in the Cape Cod RE rental business does, including the condo owners themselves.
