Completely Renovated Inside and Out: New appliances, granite countertops, stairs, AC, flooring, siding, TV, windows, slider, lighting, and paint.

Resort setting. Access to pools, tennis, bikes, children's activities, and fitness area. Golf is available after Labor Day through Memorial Day weekend.

Sleeps 6 - Maximum of 4 adults.

During July and August our unit rents from Monday at noon through Friday at noon. Your access to the resort facilities though runs from Saturday through Saturday.

The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and loft. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a private bath, king bed, AC, and... ceiling fan. The loft outside the master has two twins and a sleep sofa, AC, and ceiling fan. The bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed, AC, and ceiling fan. The living room and dining area has a ceiling fan and AC.

The unit is an end unit, not connected in front.

We include all linens and provide a number of towels.

The condo is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, silverware, paper towels, games, books, videos, cards, and laundry and dish detergent.

There is a Sony PS2 ; Wireless Internet & High Def TV.

There is a patio set and gas grille.

The backyard is extensive for children to play.

The Cape Cod Bike Path cuts through Ocean Edge.

The Woodsong Horse Farm is within walking distance.

2013 Sponsored Guest Policy

Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is a private club with resort amenities on Cape Cod. As such, the credentials that have been issued identify you as a Sponsored Guest of a member. As the guest of a member, you have access to a variety of amenities and activities around the property. Please keep the guest cards with you as they represent your access key for the many amenities and activities that the Club at Ocean Edge has to offer.

The Sponsored Guest Cards that you have been provided are encoded with your name, local address and date range that the member has previously submitted to Membership Services. Additional guest cards will not be issued without the expressed authorization of the member, and only guests with proper credentials will be permitted access to the Club amenities. Each guest must present a valid guest card for entry into the Club recreational amenities.

Ocean Edge Club Amenities Sponsored Guest Fee Schedule:

Pools, Fitness and Activities:

Per Day: $10.00 per Adult $ 5.00 per child 4 – 15

Per Week: $40.00 per Adult $25.00 per child 4 – 15

*Unlimited daily or weekly access to the Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center and Scheduled Activities as listed in the Activities Guide provided, inclusive of Monday Night Movie at Arbor Pool and Thursday Night Beach Fire.

Fees can be processed at either the Membership Services Desk at the Linx, the Golf Pro Shop, Fletcher Tennis Shop, or Bay Pines Tennis Shop. Day of Pool access can be processed by Credit Card Payment only at the Pool entry. Upon payment of the Guest Fee, the Sponsored Guest Card will be updated to allow unlimited access to the pools, cardio and activities for either the day or week.

Fitness Classes: $15.00

Please refer to the Activity Guide for specific fitness class descriptions and schedules.

Tennis: $20.00 per Hour / Per Court at Fletcher Tennis

$24.00 per Hour / Per Court at Bay Pines Tennis

Payment of Court Fee is made at time of scheduled play at either the Fletcher Tennis Shop or Bay Pines Tennis Shop.

Bike Rentals: Adult: $25.00 half day $35.00 Full Day

Children: $20.00 half day $30.00 Full Day

Toddler Trailers: $15.00 half day $25.00 Full Day

Payment for bike rentals is made at time of rental.

  We had a great visit to the Cape and loved this condo. It's nicely laid out, had everything we needed, and was a great central location for touring the rest of the cape - our favorites were Nickerson State Park, National Seashore with its interactive trails museum, Audubon, lighthouses, beaches, and Cape Cod baseball league.
  
  Having the pool a short walk (easily doable even for a 2 and 4 year old) from the condo was key. The kids loved the nice yard in back for playing baseball and having horses 200' from the back door too. Inside, the Hdtv was great for watching the Olympics and the Wi-fi worked seamlessly.
  
  The location, layout, and amenities were all as described and the owners were great! - we highly recommend it!

  A perfect week in a clean, beach-themed unit!

  We have rented on the Cape for many years, and this was by far one of the nicest locations, as well as the cleanest with a homey, relaxed atmosphere. We walked in and felt we had struck gold immediately! The unit was spacious and comfortable. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and clearly works hard to make guests feel at home and meet all needs (rainy day games, information about the cape, trouble-shooting for the unit). Brewster is a charming location, as it is central to so many other wonderful towns, near beaches, and has unique stores. All these things contributed to a wonderful week at our beloved Cape Cod!
