Views of Sol's Pond with Blueberry Pond nearby also and handy to all Brewster North side beaches, with access direct access Cape Cod Bike Trail from Ocean Edge Resort. Freshly painted with new doors and windows for 2013 season, this two bedroom two bath Patio home shows that it is lovingly cared for.

... This home is all one level, with open living and dining areas that lead to the outdoor patio featuring a gas grill, outdoor dining table with umbrella, and beach chairs too. The living room features a ceiling fan, Queen size sleeper sofa, TV & DVD player with Comcast channels, wireless internet, and a stereo/CD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, lobster pot, electric range, and full size refrigerator.

The two bedrooms are off the hall, Bedroom 1 has two twin beds, bedroom two has a queen bed with full private bath and TV. There is an additional full hall bath with stack size washer and dryer in hall closet.

Guests of this home will have Ocean Edge privileges, which will include the use of Fletcher indoor & outdoor pools, Fletcher cardio room, Arbor outdoor pool, the New Fitness Center with outdoor pool, and Tennis courts. This home DOES include GOLF privileges. Ocean Edge Resort charges fees to use any of these amenities! You must complete your OE guest list and submit it to CapeCodRentals.com 10 days prior to your stay in order to have privileges.

Remember all Ocean Edge fees are to be paid upon arrival to Ocean Edge, per Ocean Edge Rules.

  We would highy recommend the patio home on 7 Middlecott Lane at Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster. The home is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The beaches,shopping, restaurants, and public golf courses are only a few miles away. The Cape Cod bike path goes through Ocean Edge, and the 4 swimming pools(1 indoor)are conveniently located. We had a wonderful vacation, and will definitely rent this patio home again.
