1xQ, 4xT, Qss Enjoy Cape Cod at Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster in this nautically furnished -B- Style two level townhouse with an air conditioner on each floor along with a ceiling fan in loft area. This home sleeps 6 and offers a queen bedroom, queen sleep sofa in living room. Traditional staircase leads to an open loft that has a daybed with a trundle and two twin beds. Gas grill, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, CD player, 2 DVD players, video tapes, games, and books are just a few of the additional amenities.

Guests of this home will have Ocean Edge privileges, which will include the use of Fletcher indoor & outdoor pools, Fletcher cardio roo...m, Arbor outdoor pool, the New Fitness Center with outdoor pool, and Tennis courts. This home DOES include GOLF privileges. Ocean Edge Resort charges fees to use any of these amenities! You must complete your OE guest list and submit it to CapeCodRentals.com 10 days prior to your stay in order to have privileges.

Remember all Ocean Edge fees are to be paid upon arrival to Ocean Edge.

  I've stayed in several units at the Ocean Edge but this was my first w/ a townhouse. This unit was very , bright,clean and comfortable. The master bedroom was absolutely lovely and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The living area was spacious, as was the patio/yard. My only qualm was that there was no AC unit in the master bedroom. I was there the last week in august, so there was really only one night that was warm, but i could see that being a problem during the july and august months. I'm not sure if AC has been added since then. But the living room AC was extremely powerful and cooled off the loft area as well. This house has a LOT of knicknacks. So if you're the type of person that does not like clutter, than this may be an issue! overall, i recommend this unit very highly. I am renting a 3 bedroom this summer which is the only reason I will not be renting it again.
