1xK, 4xT, Qss. Enjoy this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1999 built Brewster Cape style home with views of Blueberry Pond which is a private association pond with access just steps away.

You will find a wonderful Cape Cod decor inside this home as well as some great amenities to enjoy. On the first level there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a queen size sleep sofa, a working fireplace, A/C unit ( in the living/dining room area), and a full bathroom. Also located on the first floor is a bedroom with two twin size beds.

On the second floor you will find bedroom with a king size bed and A/C as well. In the third bedroom you wil...l find two more twin size beds and a full bathroom in between these two bedrooms. This home also comes with *WIFI INTERNET ACCESS* through out the home. Sleeps up to 8 guests with use of sleeper sofa in living room.

The yard has beautiful views from the front and a nice deck in rear yard with dining table and a gas grill , also an outdoor enclosed shower. The bike trail from this neighborhood is also easily accessible and nearby Ocean Edge Resort. This home is located on a half-acre private lot on a quiet dead end street, there are beach chairs for guests use.

Brewster Bayside beaches are a short Drive away, closest is Linnell Landing at 2.5 miles per Google Maps.

Pet Dog considered, must be approved in advance and stated on lease.

  Good rental for the money and quite well fitted inside. General area around is quiet and property private and not overlooked but still only short drive / longish walk into Brewser centre. Very short walk to private pond/small beach but we didn't really make much use of that as so many good coastal beaches in the Cape only short drive away. One aspect let it down a bit as the outside deck area and garden was only adequate and was in need of repainting and general improvements. Deck furniture old and shabby and could be easily improved with a small spend. Inside the lack of full a/c might be an issue for larger groups if you are in need of good a/c. We didn't need to use the upstairs bedroom without the a/c which became very hot when the weather was warm and humid. There were fans provided which helped a bit to circulate the a/c cooling from the main area but you had to work hard to cool the other rooms in hot weather. We came from Scotland and not used to the warmer and more humid conditions when the weather is hot! Others might not find that a problem
  
  Brewster is a great location in the Cape and would recommend it for anyone looking for a central location to get around the Cape but also have good food and beaches on the doorstep. We have vacationed in Brewster several times and love the area.
