This Spacious Contemporary style house features a 1/2 basketball court, large wrap around deck with a beautiful ocean view, jacuzzi tub, pool table, and more! The first level of this "upside-down house" features four bedrooms. One bedroom with a Queen Size Bed. This bedroom also has it's own private entrance/exit. Also, on the first floor is a bedroom with three twins, one of which is a trundle twin which pulls out to two seperate twins.... The first full bath room with Jacuzzi spa tub is located on the first floor as well. The third bedroom on the first floor has two more twin size beds, and the last bedroom on the first floor has a brand new Queen Size bed.. Continue upstairs to find an open contemporary set up with beautiful views of the Bay.

Upstairs you will, also, find the Main Bedroom with a King Size bed and a full bath room. Also, located on this floor is a updated kitchen, along with the dining area, and living room. The pool table is located on this upper level for your entertainment. Head out the upper level to find a full wrap around deck which is perfect for catching that sea breeze. There is a gas grill great for BBQ's. There are three TV's in this home, one in the living room, one in the upperstairs bedroom, and another in a bedroom downstairs. This home, also, has two DVD players and Wireless Internet! There are celing fans in the kitchen, living room, dining room, and all 5 bedrooms. Outside this home you will find an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

  We had a great time at this walk to the beach (two of them) house overlooking the Bay. It was also an easy bike ride to the Brewster General store and convenient to many local area restaurants.
  
  The house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen equipment was a bit light but we got by fine.

  Fabulous reunion house

  My girlfriends and I had our annual reunion here and it was perfect. It's a beautiful, open, airy house, close to a great beach with plenty of room. One of us lived near enough that bringing bedding was not a problem but it would have been nice not to have to bring it ourselves. Beyond that, there was nothing about the place that we would change. It was great for a group of women and would have been great if we'd brought our families too. Pick-up and drop-off of the keys was also straight forward and easy.

• Fantastic views of Brewster Flats

  Nice spacious kitchen and living space with
  privacy of bedrooms below. Fantastic front porch and views of the Brewster Flats, including sunsets. Fun bike to the little shops nearby and nearby restaurants. Could have used an airconditioner in the first floor master bedroom. Owners very responsive.

  Beautiful view!

  The house on Robbins Hill Road is very contemporary, not what you might expect; All white walls, brand new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Living area is on top floor with most beds on lower level. This worked well for us. The futon is not so comfortable but everything else was very nice. The deck is where we spent the most time watching the tide come in and out in the very dramatic way that it does in that area. We would highly recomnend a stay at this lovely home.
