The Bright's
Hanover, Ma.Great Vacation
Left on 09/12/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We enjoyed the house, the views and the beach very much. We did have an issue with one of the families right on the beach, asking us not to sit in front of their house because it was private property. We moved of course, but it would have been nice to know about the private property ahead of time. The house was equiped with every pot, pan, plate and mug you could ever want. There was a real lack of wine glasses. Only four, all different sizes. Very few beer glasses, although they had plenty of large plastic glasses. Not our style. The freezer was not working properly, but once reported it was taken care of, unfortunately this was the day we were leaving. Regardless, we had a great time and would rent the house again, should we need a house that size.

Very Popular house, private beach area's should be posted by home owners. The house has a neighborhood beach with plenty of room for visitors and this information is given to guests. We will let owner know to replenish wine glasses, these do sometimes dwindle with guest breakage had this been reported to us we would have seen that guests got additional wine glasses.
It is always best to camp out at public area and talk walks past private homes. -

30242Fantastic Home
Left on 06/13/2012 for a stay in May 2012
I had a group of 8 stay in this house and over memorial day weekend and the house was amazing. The porch is top notch with beautiful views and the rest of the house is very comfortable with plenty of beds. The beach is clean and extremely close; most importantly the house is on a secluded part of the beach and we had plenty of space to ourselves. The owner of the house was extremely kind and responsive. I left sunglasses at the house and he sent them to me the next day. This is the perfect Cape Cod rental and I recommend it to all.

Easton, MdA Great Reunion House
Left on 06/08/2012 for a stay in June 2009
I've booked this property several times, once for a family reunion and I liked it so much I went back and stayed w just the two of us.The view over Cape Cod Bay just sets the tone for a great day. You can have a house full of people and never feel like the house is full. You can start and end your day with a walk along the beach which is just 50 yards away.

Left on 06/03/2012 for a stay in June 2010
We stayed for a week in June, with our two daughters, their husbands and their 2 one year old children.
There was plenty of room for everyone, and it was very easy to access the beach. The views of Cape Cod Bay were fabulous. It was very close to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen had very good equipment and it was very easy to cook in. Fishing out on the Brewster flats was fun and exciting. This is a great house for families or groups. Highly recommend it. -

Left on 06/06/2008 for a stay in August 2007
We had a great time at this walk to the beach (two of them) house overlooking the Bay. It was also an easy bike ride to the Brewster General store and convenient to many local area restaurants.
The house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen equipment was a bit light but we got by fine. -

Fabulous reunion house
Left on 06/05/2008 for a stay in June 2007
My girlfriends and I had our annual reunion here and it was perfect. It's a beautiful, open, airy house, close to a great beach with plenty of room. One of us lived near enough that bringing bedding was not a problem but it would have been nice not to have to bring it ourselves. Beyond that, there was nothing about the place that we would change. It was great for a group of women and would have been great if we'd brought our families too. Pick-up and drop-off of the keys was also straight forward and easy.

Nice spacious kitchen and living space with
privacy of bedrooms below. Fantastic front porch and views of the Brewster Flats, including sunsets. Fun bike to the little shops nearby and nearby restaurants. Could have used an airconditioner in the first floor master bedroom. Owners very responsive. -

Beautiful view!

The house on Robbins Hill Road is very contemporary, not what you might expect; All white walls, brand new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Living area is on top floor with most beds on lower level. This worked well for us. The futon is not so comfortable but everything else was very nice. The deck is where we spent the most time watching the tide come in and out in the very dramatic way that it does in that area. We would highly recomnend a stay at this lovely home.
