FLAT SCREEN TV - BREWSTER BEACH PASS This cheerful garden level Fletcher Village condo (downstairs from the main entrance) has a nautical theme with bright colors.This property has nice hardwood floors. The living room has a flat screen TV, a stereo system, and a Queen sleep sofa. The bedroom has a Queen Bed with a TV/DVD and AC. Walk out to the patio either by the living room or the bedroom and enjoy the wooded back yard. If you are renting with another family, we also rent nearby. We loved our stay and the unit itseif was very
neat and clean and well cared for. The only thing
we did not like was that it was located on the
lower level. We had noise from the unit above and
on the left side at times very loud. Not easy to
check in or out. -

Perfectly suited to our small family- access to pools right across the parking lot; bike trail access 5 minutes away. Great restaurants right along Route 6. Can't wait to go back again!
