GOLF ACCESS - This upper level Endicott Village unit is truly a luxury apartment with new appliances, furniture and carpeting. Add in AC and TV in each brightly decorated room (Living room, Den, and two bedrooms) as well as a deck and you have a wonderful summer vacation spot. The Master Bedroom has a KING BED the second bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and the den has a Queen sleep sofa. Bed linens are provided except for the sleep sofa. This property no longer has a GRILL on the deck due to the new fire codes. GOLF Privileges on Private Course available with this property. Green fees not included. We rented the same unit last year and were just as pleased the second time. We are long-time fans of Ocean Edge Resort and the Brewster area. There are so many wonderful places that are easily accessed from this immaculate, well decorated condo. Paines Creek, Nauset Beach, Arey's Pond sailing school and Chatham Bars Inn and town were just a few hightlights of our trip. This unit sets the bar high for future rentals, so we are likely to rent it again.

We have stayed at Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster many times, but this was our first time renting a condo from a realtor instead of through the resort. Our accomodations were lovely and very clean (better than the resort-managed units we've stayed in before). Everything about the rental met or exceeded our expectations and our rental transaction was professionally handled. Access to all of our favorite spots on the Cape was easy. Our boys enjoyed sailing, kayaking, biking, swimming and ice cream cones galore in the Brewster area. We'll hope to return again next year and can highly recommend Leighton Realty to people wishing to rent a property. We did not experience any problems with our rented unit, other than a reluctance of our kids to leave at the end of the week.

The rental was perfect for us. We stayed there for one week and our two daughters had one room with bathroom, my wife and I stayed in the other room with own bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped and the furnitures in the rooms are very nice. The place was very clean and did not need any extra cleaning upon our arrival. The service of Leighton was professional and everything was well organized.
