Known as "Firdale Cottage," this lovely Cottage is 7/10ths of a mile to Point of Rocks Beach. Close-by are antique shops, great restaurants including Brewster Fish House and Brewster Coffee House, and is 4/10th of a mile to The Brewster General Store. This cute and immaculate 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath cottage boasts hardwood floors throughout, a wonderful gas log fireplace, skylight, a new kitchen and 3 TVs with VCR/DVD and satellite. We've stayed here twice! Love'd it both times. Perfect for our family of 6. We have dinner with other families and we still manage to fit!
Clean, large yard for the kids to play ball and close to Brewster General Store for Ice cream and just stuff.
The garage has plenty of room for our bikes as well, and we don't have to bring our own beach chairs! -

This property is an excellent little house just behind the Brewster Coffee House. Every morning you can smell them cooking up their delicious home fries.
But I digress, this house was a perfect size for us (four adults and one child). It was clean, ideally situated, and had very modern appliances. It was in excellent overall condition. It has a very large yard, considering, which goes back quite a ways. Both gas and charcoal grills are provided, and there is even a pit (and ample firewood) so you can make camp fires in the evening.
The owners of this house had every conceivable item we could have wanted on hand. A direct TV package with a wide variety of channels, cable internet, fax machine, two ceiling fans, and AC units in both bedrooms and the common room.
This house is just off route 6A and not far from numerous eateries, attractions, and is within walking distance of the Brewster General Store.
The only knock I would give is the beach, which is within walking distance, has a very small public area. But it was still very relaxing, and there are numerous, larger public beaches only a short drive away.
Overall, I was tremendously pleased with this property. The homeowners obviously know what they are doing with this rental and The Rental Company at Cape Cod made this a painless and easy task to find, book and get the house. I am very satisfied all around, and will return to this property in the future as finances allow.
