Brewster: This three bedroom, three bathroom Cape home just across the street from Robbins Hill Beach. Open living room, kitchen and dining area. Lovely first floor bedroom with king bed and second bedroom with two twins. Second floor has comfortable and spacious family room and third bedroom with king bed. Living room has queen size futon. Watch the sunset from one of the two decks. Enjoy outdoor shower and just a short walk to a bay beach. $100 Administrative fee. PETS considered.

Left on 08/21/2010 for a stay in August 2010
This is a lovely house, clean, spacious and well-appointed within easy walking distance to the beach. The view from the back deck is beautiful. Unfortunately, we found that one of the beds squeaked so badly that one of us had to sleep on the couch for the entire week. Also, the "king" bed was actually two twin mattresses so my spouse and I might as well have been sleeping in separate beds. Also, the outdoor shower, while roomy and nicely constructed, is located under the porch, so we lost that joy of showering under the blue sky.
