Brewster: Bright and spacious 3BR/3BA home overlooking Upper Mill Pond. You will enjoy this tastefully decorated and comfortable home with a dock and swimming rights in your back yard. Open living area with sliders to large deck, dining area and kitchen, and master bedroom with queen bed on first floor. Second floor has two delightful bedrooms with queen size beds. Second floor also has loft style sleeping area with bunk bed, double on bottom and single on top. Lower level has a large game room with sliders to back yard. $100 Administrative Fee

Waking up each morning to the relaxing views of Upper Mill Pond is just the start as this house provides multiple living areas for everyone in your party - a screened-in porch with lakeviews, wrap-around deck, family room off the kitchen, loft area with bunkbeds, and a playroom/TV room in the basement - ideal for older children or teens. The lake and all of its activities - canoeing, kayaking, swimming - complements the beach nicely.
