Swim, Kayak and Fish and there is a sandy beach only steps from this pond at the public beach area. The Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is yard away for lovely bike rides along paved path. The main level of this home has a nice size kitchen, with adjacent dining area setting 6 guests. There is a comfortable living room of fthe dining area with cable TV, DVD player, Stere radio/CD player, and Wi-Fi internet access. Sliding doors from the dining area open on to the deck..., which has views of the pond. On the deck there is an outdoor dining table with umbrella that seats 4 with extra deck chairs and Weber gas grill.

The Queen bedroom is located on the main level of the home which features cable TV, DVD player, window A/C unit . There is a small deck of this bedroom for viewing the pretty pond and relaxing. Aslo this Queen bedroom has a private full bathroom with a shower & tub as well. In the othger bedroom on this level, will find a set of twin size beds also with window A/C unit. The clothing washer and dryer are in a hallway closet on this main level of the home, across from a full bathroom with only a shower.

Head down to the walk-out lower level which is fully carpeted and cozy. Here you will find a 3rd bedroom which also looks out at the pond, included a set of Twin size beds, and has a window A/C unit. Off the hallway there is another full bathroom with a shower & tub combo. In additional there is another living room with TV and a small kitchenette, dining table and chairs.

Outside via the lower level there are two pations and a path from yard down to Sheep Pond, a great swimming pond. Bring your kayaks, canoes and fishing poles because this home offers every convenience for getting down to the water and launching your boat for a great day on the Pond~!Note: There is No installed phone at this home.
