There are five of us, hubby and me, our 2 year old, my mom and our nanny, went on this trip. Walter is very nice, he show us around and took us to the private beach shared by the houses in the neighborhood. This is a rustic place and all the amenities are there, except Wi-Fi and aC. But we are going on vacation, so, those are not a necessity. Btw, there really isn't a need for the aC. We walked to a small coffee place, about 1/2 hour walk with a 2 year old in a stroller, there are chickens the little one can feed.
There are ice-cream places, and the grocery store is maybe 5 mins drive on the Main street.
All in all, I will recommend this place to my friends, actually, I already did recommend this place to my co-worker. -

Our family was looking for a place to relax, unwind, unplug and enjoy the quiet side of the Cape. We found this and more at this charming home on a quiet lane in Brewster. The house is comfortable and cozy. We love the screened porch and the privacy. Of course our favorite aspect is the spectacular beach which is just a short walk away. The low tide is like nothing we've ever seen before. The beach is wonderful for children. The location is convenient to so many wonderful places to eat or grab an ice cream. Stroll to the Brewster General Store for a step back in time. The owners are fantastic and easy to work with. We have spent several summers here and will be back in 2012!
