Lovely, like-new spacious Cape near the Mill Ponds in Brewster for fresh water sports (kayaking/canoeing, sailing, fishing and swimming) and about 2 miles to Paines Creek beach on the Bay. Three spacious bedrooms with master on the first floor. AC in all the bedrooms! Private back yard with deck, gas grill and outdoor shower. Bright, nicely equipped kitchen, wi-fi, finished basement with TV and games are just some of the amenities you will find in this fresh, new rental for 2012. NO PETS ALLOWED. $1400-1700 per week in season.$60 handling fee, $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage (both fees non-refundable).
