Happily located in a pleasant neighborhood, just minutes in from Route 6A, near The Brewster Sea Camps, Nickerson State park, and Cape Cod bike trail path access. Also, handy to Flax Pond and Linnell Landing Beach for swimming and summer time fun at its best!

Entering via the driveway porch entrance, you will find soft colors on the walls, tile and wood flooring leading you through to open style kitchen, dining, and living room area. Fully equipped kitchen features, stainless steel appliances, dishw...asher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a good supply of most cooking and dining utensils. From the dining area, the patio doors lead you into the inviting sun room with sitting area, TV, ceiling fan, and views of the rear yard and open space behind the home. Stairs from the sun room lead down to the yard with a brick patio outdoor dining area and enclosed shower. Also on the first floor is a den with twin size sleeper sofa, sitting area, small TV, and book nook. Across hall from den is a full bathroom with glass enclosed shower and beyond this is a half bath with laundry room handily located near the entry way.

Follow stairs to the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and additional full tiled bathroom with shower/tub combination. Here you will find a Queen bedroom with sitting/dressing area, a bedroom with a Full size bed and wall sconce lighting, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. All with new furnishings throughout newly furnished for the 2012 season, Wi-Fi internet access, and expanded Comcast Cable.

This delightful home will sleep 7 guests maximum, sorry Not Pets and No Smoking allowed.

  We visited Cape Cod for the 2nd time in aug with 2 teenagers. We found this property to be lovely and clean and bright with modern decor and furnishings. There was plenty of room with the 2 reception rooms and a fantastic garden room to allow everybody the space they needed. The kitchen was well equipped for everything you could need. The location is literally 5 mins from the beach and a very short drive to local amenities such as large supermarket, shops etc.
  We utilised the outdoor space too, there was a large gas BBQ and a nice sturdy table to allow you to eat outside on those hot summer nights.
  There was plenty of information leaflets and brochures left at the house to give you ideas to do. The complimentary wifi was a godsend, especially for the teenagers!
  Plenty to do for teenagers and young children alike. We highly recommend a trip to 'Brewster Scoop' ice cream store... Yum!
  You must take the time to sample the Lobster Roll at Sesuit Neck Harbour shack, the only thing is you will want to go back every night! Sitting outside enjoying the fantastic sunshine and the peaceful marina is priceless.
  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable accommodation and would definitely recommend to others who were looking for a family friendly spacious house.
