I spent hours on Trip advisor looking for a house with water views and was available at Christmas. I found this house and contacted the owners to see if it was available on short notice. The house is lovely, warm, cozy and decorated with asian antiques. It is located in a quiet location on a beautiful, large, clean pond. There are views of the pond from all rooms. It was easy to spend hours daydreaming while watching the pond, trees, birds, and wonderful sunsets. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. The master bedroom is very relaxing and has a door that opens to the deck. All of the bedrooms are a good size. The house sits on a cliff right on the pond, has a big front yard and two small, private beaches within walking distance. The house provides all the modern amenities. I won't have to spend hours looking for a house to rent again. I found a great one.

This beautiful house provides all the conveniences of a modern home while being built, and decorated, as a truly historic Cape Cod house.
We stayed here with our family - 8 adults, 2 kids and a baby, and it was simply perfect. Everything was available, the owners were extremely helpful and flexible and the pond (sheep pond) has the clearest water the Cape has to offer. It was wonderful to take the 3 min walk down to the water and have the kids play on the private neighbourhood beach in all safety while enjoying the view and building sand castles. The veranda offers the perfect romantic spot for late evening dinners (and there were no bugs!) while providing what our entire family will always remember as 'the most beautiful view on planet earth'. Can't wait to go back sometime soon!
