Very close to the beach for family & pet friendly fun! This magical 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home on a quiet cul-de-sac on Cape Cod in the Sea Captains' town of Brewster. Brand new split AC units installed for air condition in every room! Close to everything including directly across the street from Nickerson State Park and the bike trail. Enjoy lazy summer days in the sun or long walks on the famous Brewster salt flats as the tide moves out. It's just a 10 min walk down Crosby Lane to the serene Bay beach. Our home has been freshly painted and renovated with a new outdoor shower. The home sleeps 10 people comfortably in four private bedrooms. It is welcoming and decorated to include all of the comforts of home such as a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, and a BBQ grill. The living room, kitchen and dining area are wide open for entertaining and relaxing. The home features a fully-equipped kitchen, two full baths, a dining area for families opening to a private screened-in porch with table and chairs overlooking a large back yard, and lots of charm.*For scheduling purposes, we prefer sat-sat rentals weekly!
