Rates are based on season and the number nights you are interested in renting. Fifty percent of the rental payment and the security deposit payment are due at the time of signing the lease. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days prior to the rental period. Rental payments are nonrefundable. Security deposit to be returned after house inspection or within 30 days after vacating the property. Rates include house cleaning before and after your stay, pool / hot tub maintenance during your stay, fresh linens on beds, use of local phone service, use of high speed internet service, satellite TV with premium channels, air conditioning, heating, electricity, oil for house heating, propane for pool heater and cooking, grounds maintenance, firewood, garbage removal for normal use upon departure, driveway plowing during winter months and fresh soaps and toilet paper in bathrooms. Bath and hand towels are provided at an additional cost
