All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Owl Barn was just what we were looking for in Shropshire. Small but modern accommodation that also was happy for dogs to stay too. All home comforts were provided for. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of storage space. We particularly liked the enclosed 'garden' which was great for letting the dog out. Location was rural and quiet. I guess the only down side was not being within walking distance from a pub for evening meals. However, with Much Wenlock just a short drive away - everything you could have wanted is just on your doorstep. A week's stay was very reasonably priced. Don't hesitate to recommend Owl Barn or adjoining properties.

A very nice comfortable cottage and very convienient for touring Shropshire. The owner was very pleasant and we were made most welcome, we would come back here whemn next we visit this area.

We love the area. The location is very quiet and the accommodation compact and comfortable. Very convenient for the Ironbridge Gorge museums and the Roman town house at Wroxeter.

Excellent location for visiting the area and there is a lot to visit as well as superb walking. Very comfortable and well equipped.
Would thoroughly recommend this place. Instructions on what to do with the key on departure were not given so that could be addressed. -

A Really great place to stay out in the middle of the country, quite and peaceful. A really warm and welcoming comfortable cottage, with everything you could need. Shrewsbury is a great place to visit for the history and the architecture. Telford for a great shopping centre. Another Great Place to visit is Ironbridge. Overall a Great Break away from City Life
