Description

LONG LAKE CAMP - Waterfront, cable TV, washer/dryer, HUGE porch. I have a 4 season camp on Long Lake in Harrison Maine by Naples half way up Long Lake (and Sebago Lake/Brandy Pond). I am NOT a realtor and thus have NO hidden fees. It is on Cape Monday Cove and has a private dock...great for overnight use (if you have your own boat or choose to rent one down the street). It does not have a sandy beach right there by my dock, however you can go to the "common area" 3 houses down the street, where there is a volleyball net and a small beach. My family typically takes our boat out to the main lake around the corner and dives in. I do supply a canoe and row boat for your use. I have WiFi with cable service.

It has a full kitchen (with all the amenities including dishwasher and RO water filter) and 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 queen and 1 full), and 2 full beds and 1 twin upstairs in a large private room on 2nd floor. (Beds are new and comfortable). There are bathrooms on both floors...shower on first floor and tub on second. It has cable TV and a DVD player, and gas grill. I just did the kitchen over with new cabinets and any awesome granite countertop. It is a 4 season house with a regular oil furnace for use if it gets damp/cool at night. It also comes with a washer and dryer in the basement. It has a HUGE screened porch with picnic table, and horseshoes in the backyard. Also, if you are the type that needs to stay "connected" even on vacation...you can connect to free internet wireless service at the Town's library 5 miles up the road...you will see others parked in the parking lot with their laptops 24-7.

Available to rent by the week at $1400/week over the Summer (June - Sept.) Saturday to Saturday. However, I would reduce the rent to $1300/week for a 2 week rental; $1200/week for 3 or more weeks. Please no smoking inside, and no dogs (I will consider cats). I would have you fill out a rental application and provide $500 refundable security deposit. (Also available during the Winter as Long Lake is known for their ice fishing derby, great snow mobiling trails, and I am mintues from Shawnee Peak ski area.) House rules

Renters need to wash linens and towels and put linens back folded on beds to denote that they have been cleaned for next group, and towels away in linen closet. Also, renter is responsible for removal of their trash. Trash is not to be left. Camp should be left in the same clean condition it was received in.

“Great time”

We had a great time the camp is beautiful and close to downtown Naples. The only bummer, and it wasn't that much of a deal breaker was not being able to swim right there.

How do damage deposits work?

If Tracey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
