This semi-detached property is set in the town of Bridlington and sleeps twelve people in seven bedrooms. South Bay is a delightful semi-detached property in the seaside resort of Bridlington. This cottage is set over three floors and sleeps twelve people in seven bedrooms, six of which have en-suite facilities. The cottage also has a separate bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for five cars and a small front patio. South Bay is an ideal holiday home for families who wish to enjoy sandy beaches and many attractions nearby.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and 2 x children’s beds. Off road parking for 5 cars. Small front patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Super friendly hosts who gave us a tour of the property, introduced us to the quiz and mystery voice search during our stay. Ecellent roomy house which catered for our every need. Very dog friendly. Hosts reminded us when the bins should be put out. A stones throw from the excellent south beach. Would definitely visit them again.
