Sea View Cottage is a red brick cottage in the village of Barmston, just six miles from Bridlington. This cottage sleeps five people, in two bedrooms consisting of one double and one family room with a double and a single bed, as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor basin and WC. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Was met at the cottage by Sam the owner who was very friendly and welcoming. The cottage was immaculate ,very spacious and had everything in it you could possibly want. The cottage was only a ten minute walk to the beach which was ideal as we had our Daughters boxer dog with us,there is nothing not to like about this cottage it is within a short drive to Bridlington,Filey,Scarborough and the surrounding area. Would recommend this property and will return.

We stayed in Sea view cottage in august 2012 and could not have stayed in a better cottage. It was virtually brand new and the owners had obviously spent a lot of time and money on the cottage. Everything appeared to be brand new . This is not a chintzy old world property , this is brand new , modern and up to date , we loved it. The owners are very friendly and welcoming but also leave to yourself to get on with your holiday. The location is great for sightseeing the north Yorkshire coast with main carriageways only a few miles away. The beach at Barmston is quite pebbly but there is a really nice sandy beach only a 5 minute drive away. The only down side is that Barmston is missing a nice country pub but the courtyard outside the cottage served really well as a meeting place on nice warm nights. We will definately stay at this cottage again

The cottage was well stocked with everything you could want. The furnishings were fab, leather sofas, large screen TV and a large range cooker. It was spotlessly clean.
The owners greeted us with a warm welcome and made us feel like part of the family not just guests.
The only down side (nothing to do with accomadation) was there wasn't many places to eat nearby. Small Italians up the road, good food, very basic building. Pub was bog standard frozen food. There are plenty of places if you don't mind driving into Bridlington or other villages.
Overall we had a lovely week.
