Thanks for looking at the Petit Delaney!
It is comprised of a large double-glazed lounge with dining table, one large bedroom and one bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a separate eat-in kitchen.
Wifi internet is free and Virgin TV is also installed.
The Petit Delaney Apartment is on the ground floor of one of the magnificent Regency buildings towards the end of the Old Steine, and is an oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of city life outside.
For groups up to 17 guests, please book with the Delaney Apartment or Nouveau Delaney directly upstairs.

We were so pleased with our stay at the Petit Delaney. Jo was very prompt responding to any questions we had. The pictures do not do justice to the natural light that floods this above ground apartment. We appreciated the few steps into the flat, as we had a baby stroller with us. The flat was large, centrally located with good access to Kemptown, the Lanes, the Pier and the Pavilion. Large, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. I could not believe how well insulated the lounge was - we could hear almost no street noise. It was unfortunate that the bedroom was not as sound proof as the lounge as there were a few occasions when the neighbours created quite a bit of noise in the central courtyard during the night. But then again, we are in Brighton after all.

La estancia fue perfecta, la ubicación excelente, la gerente excepcional, todo perfecto y según lo pactado. Muy recomendable. Lo unico que molestaba eran las gaviotas que desde las 5:30 horas no dejaban dormir.

The apartment is so centrally located you would think it wpuld be too noisy. But inside its very peaceful so you have the best of both worlds with location vs noise. We were pleasantly surprised how large it was for a one bed; four of us stayed and didn't get on top of each other at all. The decor is modern and minimal, but with extra little quirks which make it stand out. Jo was very helpful all through the booking experience. I'd definitely stay again.

We spent a week here and were very comfortable in this extremely well-equipped apartment. Location could not be better, with all amenities and the sea virtually on the doorstep. Yet the double glazing in the lounge ensured that no traffic noise reached us, despite being on a busy road. Transport links excellent too.The owner was always available if needed and was very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely stay here again if we were returning to Brighton.
