There is simply too much to do here to list! Whether youve come to Brighton to experience the nightlife, culture, history or shopping, everything is right on your doorstep.
If you fancy some pampering, why not have a massage or beauty treatment at one of the nearby salons or spas? The owner is a big fan of holistic therapies and can recommend the best treatments in Brighton.
A short bus ride will take you up to Devils Dyke where you can experience panoramic views of the Downs.
The Royal Pavilion is a 5 minute walk away and is open to visitors on a daily basis.
The nearest clubs and bars are a minutes walk away, but dont worry about noise as the bedrooms are out the back and fitted with fire doors making them almost soundproof.
The Sealife Centre and Brighton Pier are just over the road, so theres something for the kids too!
You will certainly not need a car to get the most out of your holiday... you can get just about anywhere by bus from the Old Steine!

I stayed here with a group of girl friends for my 18th birthday. The apartment had a fantastic location, within walking distance of everything, it was lovely and spacious inside and all very clean.
Jo, was so friendly and made us feel so welcome.
Will definitely be booking to stay again. -

I've rented a few holiday rentals before, and I can honestly say that this was not only the best apartment I've ever rented, the letting agency was seriously top notch. I had zero hassles checking in and checking out. The agent was really helpful in discussing areas that might be of interest to me. During the week, the washing machine unfortunately broke. The manager sent over clean sheets and towels in the interim while she called a repairman to fix it. No problems what so ever! Oh, one note: this is a walk-up building... also, there are a small set of stairs (about 4 or 5) that go down to the 2nd bedroom so thought I'd mention that in case you have a small child you may be concerned about them running free.
The apartment: In a word: Beautiful. Spacious, plenty of seating, fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom, and two nice bedrooms all decked in neutrals/whites which really added to the light airy feel of the place... perfect for a beach holiday.
The area: I can't imagine there's a better spot. It's only a few spots down from the beach, aquarium, and Pier which has rides and games. Only a block or two from an amazing array of places to eat in the lanes. Also, there is a Sainsbury right at the corner, as well as 2 larger supermarkets just up the road so stocking the kitchen was easy (as well as running back out when you realized you forgot a bunch of things).
I would not hesitate to suggest this rental to someone else and I would definitely stay there again. -

Me and 3 others stayed at this apartment on the 31st oct for a 3 night stay it was a brilliant stay..we was greeted by Jo the owner..she showed us the flat and also told us where the nearest convenient car park was..the apartment was the amazing best we have ever stayed in everything you would want and more really..very modern and stylish.the location was great a 2 min walk to the pier and only a 10-15min to the town center for all the shops and nightlife..will be defiantly booking again..

The aptm was perfect for us. enough space and all the faclities needed. A large flat-screen was appreciated by the teens. The arrangment and solutions used for furnitures, shelves and details like the big clock and the writing on the wall was elegant and fresh.
The aptm is also situated perfectly, just right in the middle of everything.

The apartment was a delight - very tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Everything had been provided that we needed. Fairly steep stairs up to the room, which might not suit everyone, but the apartment itself is well worth the climb. A gem!

As a landlord myself I can be very critical when it comes to rental properties, however there is only one word to describe the apartment and that is perfection.
The quality of the apartment along with the excellent level of service received from Jo was unbeatable.

We enjoyed the nightlife & shopping very much. Found the manager Jo really nice & extremely helpful, we would all definitely like to stay again!

Myself and 10 friends who travelled over from Ireland, rented two of these apartments from Jo. To begin with, my correspondence with Jo was excellent - very friendly and accomodating lady. The location is spot on, right beside the pier. Good and private. The size of the apartments themselves are not done justice by the photo's posted here. Much bigger, tasteful decor and imaculately clean.
This apartment was being completed when I first contacted Jo. She has done an amazing job on it and it is luxury at it's best.
The friendly homely touches that Jo has really adds to experience. Definitely a place I will be going back to.

we rented the apartment for the great escape festival weekend and everything was amazing: the apartment, the city and the festival.
the location is perfect, the apartment is big enough for six people and very clean and beds are really comfortable.

This was my very the first time that I have stayed in an Nouveau Delaney apartment, managed by Jo Harfield in Brighton. My experience was exceptionally wonderful. I Would Highly recommend the appartment as a home from home with all the comforts in your own home.
I liked the way we were wlcomed by Jo Harfield wich made you feet really special like a celebrity.
The location of the Nouveau Delaney apartment, managed by Jo Harfield was excelent. The apartments overlooked a green forming the round about with the colourful flowes of Spring. Looking out from the window at the front of the apartments to the left you could see the Seafront and Pier with the larger rides in the distance.
The location of the Nouveau Delaney apartment, managed by Jo Harfield was right in the heart of the town centre. This made getting to other areas in Brighton easy access as there are many bus routes to take you to any part you wanted to see like Hove.
The best thing I liked was to visit The Lanes which are a maze of individual shops specialising in different items some eddible ( the traditional sweet shop) while others are artistic objects ranging in price, so you could easily buy a gift for someone.
Brighton is a place where you can go and feel really relaxed and do as much or as little as you want to. The local comunity are extreamly friendly and is very diverse with a mix of University students to many Europeans that have settled in Brighton.
