Latrobe Haven is a beautifully renovated "golden oldie" with all the modern conveniences expected in today's hectic lifestyles, yet retaining the warmth and period detail of traditional Queensland homes, including VJ walls (see photos). Leafy surrounds help you feel like you are in a park. A stunning vista of our beautiful Brisbane from the balcony and bedroom, particularly at night, remind you of how close to the city you really are.

Situated in a quiet street off Latrobe Terrace, it is just 2.5 km to the city. Vibrant Paddington shops, art galleries and restaurants are just a 6 minute stroll down the road.

A stylish and function...al kitchen features the full complement of cutlery, crockery, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and the all-important washing machine!The open-plan lounge/dining area with fans links to a verandah with park-like views of the surrounding area and garden. A stylish bathroom which includes both a shower and bath has all you need to relax after a hard day out. The main bedroom has a reverse-cycle airconditioner to warm or cool the room and leads out onto the balcony with city views.

Latrobe Haven is the upstairs unit of two, one up, one down (hence the view!). Both have completely separate entrances with no internal stairs.

Parking: On-street parking is available on the street above the house. There is no charge and there is always space available.

  This is a self-serviced, well presented property very close to the central business district which is accessible by bus. Property is less than a minute walk to the bus stop. There is only one decent sized bathroom. The kitchen has basic necessities. Internet connection can be improved.
  
  Overall, it can accommodate four to six people comfortably.
