This cute colonial workers cottage has been an inner city favourite since 2003. Featuring original Queenslander cottage features such as an enclosed front verandah, french doors and wooden wall boards and floors, it is updated with a modern kitchen and bathroom, dishwasher, and separate toilet.
The open plan living is airconditioned, small fully fenced garden and paved area with sail shade at rear. Air conditioned living, fans in front bedrooms.

Such an amazing inner city location! Right around the corner from the famous Gabba Cricket Ground, yet in a quiet street. East Brisbane is full of period Queenslander homes, from the imposing residences to little workers cottages, creating a great atmosphere. A cross between urban and established residential, you'll find everything is close by.
The area abounds in pubs and restaurants, such as the Pineapple Hotel on Main Street, the Shafston Hotel on Lytton Road, and the Australian National on Stanley Street which are all in easy walking distance. Restaurants such as the Green Papaya, Thai Rose, and Crust Pizza are also nearby, and other restaurant areas such as Stanley St, Woolloongabba are a short drive.
Great for public transport with buses travelling along nearby Stanley St/Vulture St and Wellington Rds, or do it the easy way and walk up to Mowbray park and catch the CityCat ferry to the Brisbane CBD or Southbank Parklands.

- This property has a sleeping capacity of 5 people (includes adults AND children). Extra guests are not possible.
- Babies in cots do not form part of the maximum sleeping capacity. Babies in cots do not count as 'extra guests'.
- Choose between paying a $300 refundable bond, or providing your credit card as security.
PAYMENTS
- A deposit of 25% of the full tariff is required at time of booking to hold the property, and this is not refundable.
- The balance is due 21 days before you arrive.
- If you are booking within 21 days of arrival, then you need to pay the whole amount in full when booking.
- Credit card surcharge of 2% is applied for all payments by card.
OTHER CHARGES
- Pets (if permitted at this property) are $35 per booking.
- You may request weekly housekeeping, price on application.
- Early check ins MAY be available, but can only be guaranteed in advance if you pay for an extra night.
- If you are able to arrive early, then a $65 fee is payable.
- Late checkouts may be ok but you MUST arrange this 2 days in advance - it will not be possible if there is another booking arriving the same day you leave.
