Moggill Road is a very spacious and beautifully modern home where the whole family can spread out, set in an elevated position to catch the breezes and provide a beautiful outlook. Just 11kms from Brisbane CBD, The Gap is a high quality residential area surrounded by excellent family friendly services such as schools, shops and parks. It is a very popular place for new Brisbane residents to settle, as it has so much to offer in such a lovely environment.
Local shops are around the corner, and nearby Westfield Brookside Shopping Centre at Mitchelton has all department store and specialty shops. Ten minutes away is the Paddington village shopping and cafe precinct.
Brisbane Forest Park is just around the corner - great for long bushwalks through rainforest areas without having to drive for miles to get there. Ashgrove Golf Club and Keperra Golf Club are both closeby.
A 20 minute drive will have you in the heart of Brisbane for visits to Southbank Parklands, Roma Street Parklands and the Cultural Centre, or for seeing a game at Suncorp Stadium. Local transport is available - catch a bus in The Gap, or drive to Keperra Train Station and leave your car.

RATES AND BOOKINGS
- These rates are indicative only
- LAST MINUTE DISCOUNT of 15% if booking < 7 days before arrival.
- All rates above are for 4 people only (adults AND children). Extra guests are a flat rate of $90 per person/per booking (not per night).
- Babies in cots do not form part of the maximum sleeping capacity. Babies in cots do not count as 'extra guests'.
- Choose between paying a $300 refundable bond, or providing your credit card as security.
- Shorter than minimum stays MAY be able to be accommodated if they butt up to an existing booking, or if they fill a gap.
PAYMENTS
- A deposit of 25% of the full tariff is required at time of booking to hold the property, and this is not refundable.
- The balance is due 21 days before you arrive.
- If you are booking within 21 days of arrival, then you need to pay the whole amount in full when booking.
- Credit card surcharge of 2% is applied for all payments by card, Amex payments are an additional 1.5%.
OTHER CHARGES
- An exit cleaning fee applies to all bookings, as indicated above.
- Pets (if permitted at this property) are $25 flat fee each pet per booking.
- You may request weekly housekeeping, price on application.
- Early check ins MAY be available, but can only be guaranteed in advance if you pay for an extra night.
- If you are able to arrive early, then a $65 fee is payable.
- Late checkouts may be ok but you MUST arrange this 2 days in advance - it will not be possible if there is another booking arriving the same day you leave.
