Deluxe apartment at a affordable prices .Grockle Nook holiday Apartment is a totally private self contained ,self catering Studio apartment that sleeps up to 4 (2 adults & 2 children ) .The interior has been fitted and furnished to the highest of standard's with only your comfort in mind.Full central heating throughout.Nestled in a private courtyard with free off road private parking right outside the door & a four bike stand to secure your bicycles to .This beautiful apartment is situated in a peaceful location & ideally located for the town center & Harbour.Great for bicycle Tourist paths and hiking routes that start right outside the apar...tment (laminated maps of all these routes supplied ).The local attractions,Golfing,beach & the sea are just a stone's throw away.All the rooms of the apartment are on the ground level ( no steps) A visitor using a walking aid should not have any difficulty in gaining access to the rooms of the apartment The apartment sleeps 2 adults on a very comfortable super king size bed & able to accommodate 2 other's on a leather sofa bed or(two single beds can be arranged on request). The apartment has it's own front entrance that is accessed through a small private courtyard.It's own back door leads to the garden/patio area which has a gas bar-b-q, a patio heater, plenty of lighting , table & chairs. Perfect for those warm summer night's when you want to relax and do Al-fresco dining.The deluxe kitchen with it's solid cherry wood cabinets is totally equipped with everything that you could possible need right down to the bottle opener to open your wine.All linen is supplied at no extra charge.There is wireless Internet connection & complementary deluxe Toiletries for your fist nights stay.

Because we know what it is like to arrive somewhere after a long trip and not have the bear essentials to hand so that you can have that well deserved cuppa and something to eat ,as an added service for all our guest ,there will be a Welcome pack waiting for you on your arrival, containing:- milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, a selection of herbal teas,sugar, biscuits,bread,fresh fruit & chocolate ,a devonshire cream tea (two scones Devonshire clotted cream & strawberry jam ).

Our main aim is to make sure you have a very enjoyable,restful and comfortable stay with us. We like to pamper our guest ,Giving you the very best service that we can.

Additional notes from owner

A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a booking.The remaining balance is due six weeks before the arrival date.For bookings arriving within the six(6) week period,payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.Credit card payments will incur a 2.95% service charge( through Pay Pal ).All rates are based on two(2) adults sharing .Children under 12 are free.A minimal extra charge will be incurred for each additional adult guest.
Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted in July and August (Friday to Friday if previously agreed with by the owner at the time of making your booking).
Sorry, our bookings are only available on a Weekly basis In our busy period (July and August) no short breaks will be accepted within this period.
Short breaks(min 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year.Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival which should normally be after 2pm unless otherwise agreed at the time of making your booking with the owner. On your departure day you are required to vacate the apartment by 10am,this is to allow us sufficient time in which to prepare the apartment for the next guests.All linen & utilities are included in the price.
The apartment is a non smoking unit(for the comfort of all our non smoking guests),although smoking is permitted in the outside areas.
There will be a £100 damage deposit,fully refundable at the end of your stay providing no damage has accured to the apartment during your stay.

  We stayed here for 6 nights from 5th September 2011, sharon met us at the door and was very helpful. We went with our two young baby twins, and needed medical supplies delivered prior to our stay to the accomodation (which other places had been awkward and refused us to stay there), but sharon was great, and all the oxygen and equiptment was in our room when we arrived. The apartment was very clean, and if we needed anything then sharon was always pleased to help. We were sad to leave and come home as we had such a great time, highly recommended and we hope to return when the twins are a bit older, Perfect destination.

  Home from Home everything you could need!

  We were met at the door and taken into a very spacious lounge come bedroom with large plasma tv,stereo system and dvd player from there to kitchen which overlooks small but neat garden
  Our reception was more than generous and we were made to feel that nothing would be too much trouble. Grockle Nook was the perfect base from which to tour south devon and was great to get back to after a long walking day. We can't wait to go again......
