This town house arranged over three floors with the benefit of off-street parking and a two-tier patio garden at the back complete with summer house - perfect for relaxing after a day out. The house has light, neutral décor throughout with contemporary lighting and modern furnishings. With plenty of space and panoramic views across the harbour, it is the ideal holiday home.
A short walk down the hill takes you into the centre of Brixham with its specialist shops, cafés and restaurants and you won’t have to worry about parking.

A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 2.95% service charge. Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings. All our properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are accepted for a small surcharge of £23.00 each.

Although a 3 bed house only 2 of us stayed there so lots of room. House was ok and a few minor problems were sorted out quickly and to our satisfaction.
Brilliant views from the house, wifi would have been good but a good signal and 3G with Vodafone.
Walk to the town would not be suitable for anyone who is not reasonably fit as steep and lots of steps.
Brith am itself is good, lots of pubs and eateries, things to do, try the Makerill fishing. We've never fisher before but a really good trip.
