A three bedroom ex-fishermans cottage set over 3 floors with a reverse layout to make the most of the spectacular views over Brixham harbour, with the upper floors reaching past Torquay to Exmouth and Portland Bill.
The cottage is just 5 minutes walk from Brixham town centre and harbour, with its shops, restaurants, cafés and fish market. A short walk in the other direction is Breakwater beach and Shoalstone open air sea water pool (open throughout the summer months).
A short drive away is Berry Head Country Park; perfect for walking, birdwatching and admiring the view.

A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 2.95% service charge. Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings. All our properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are accepted for a small surcharge of £23.00 each.

A superbly spacious and clean property which is very well equiped. The views are amazing from all three levels, there is always something going on in the harbour. We had two families staying in the house and others came to visit and there is so much space. Close to the town and shops with bars and restaurants. A local shop a few minutes walk away is very useful. Can't wait to return!
