A two bedroom end of terrace house situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of Brixham with parking for 1 car on a private driveway. It is just ten minutes walk away from Battery Gardens, a very pretty park with gardens which lead you through a wood to Fishcombe Cove and the coastal path. The town centre and Harbour are only a fifteen minute walk away.

The main feature of the property are the French windows in the sitting room, which open onto a large decked sun terrace, ideal for relaxing in the sun and alfresco dining.

Brixham is fast becoming one of the South West’s upmarket resorts, and has embraced... café society to the full. Just walk along the harbour and see all the people sitting outside dining while watching the boats on the water. Early risers will be able to watch the trawlers land in the mornings, sea cruises round Torbay and Dartmouth are also popular, as is taking a walk across the cliffs at Berry Head or hunting for fossils at St Mary’s Bay – the list of activities is endless!Read more

A busy fishing port with a fascinating history, including the inspiration for world famous hymns and being the landing place of William Prince of Orange, this picturesque corner of Devon is a delight to explore. From the bustling harbour filled with trawlers and yachts, to the tranquil nature reserve at Berry Head, there is plenty to enjoy during your stay.

Restaurants, pubs, bistros and cafes line the harbour along with colourful cottages, whilst families can enjoy the many attractions in the region. The coastline is interspersed with coves such as Churston, Fishcombe and St. Mary’s Bay if you are looking for a quieter beach, while Breakwater beach has parking, a lifeguard in the summer and the Breakwater Bistro serving meals and takeaway food.

A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 2.95% service charge. Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings. All our properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are accepted for a small surcharge of £23.00 each.
