This semi-detached cottage is located in the Devon seaside town of Brixham and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Longview is a semi-detached dormer bungalow in the Devon seaside town of Brixham in Torbay. The cottage sleeps eight people and has two double bedrooms, two twin rooms and two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden and a heated swimming pool with a terrace. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We had problems with transport but the owners of the accommodation were extremely helpful picking us up and taking us to the house. It was a very comfortable, clean house with nothing forgotten and everything has been thought of and we thoroughly enjoyed our week and hopefully will be booking again next year. The town was near and had plenty to keep us occupied through the evening and day.

Service was very good..the home was excellent everything you needed and more the weather wasnt all that kind and having our 2 grandchildren 5 and 9 with us it was good to have so much space and the pool they loved it and didnt miss 1 day rain or not..We all agreed the pool was the best along side Freddie the tortoise, we all loved him...

The bungalow is beautifully clean, has a superb kitchen and has plenty of room. The swimming pool is really lovely and because of awful weather only got into it once. Sadly the downside of the bungalow was the beds. They mostly were unbelievably uncomfortable. Only one member of the party found the double bed in the back bedroom comfortable. The twin room upstairs had not been made up at all despite it being needed and there were no mattress protectors between sheets and mattress. Comfortable beds should be priority.
One other downside was the lack of pots in view of there being a dishwasher
