THE "CLEAN-UP" FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. THERE ARE NO OTHER COSTS EXCEPT THE "SECURITY DEPOSIT"

ALL RESERVATIONS (Full Week, Weekday, Weekends) are subject to "THE SECURITY DEPOSIT".

SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $1500 (refundable) is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Your security deposit will not be deposited unless items are missing and/or damage is done. Your security check will either be destroyed or returned thirty (30) days after your departure date.

A copy of your driver's license is also required with a signed contract.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

-OPTIONAL: - "VIP" Bowrider SKI BOAT available to rent at $1,500. a week
-June 23 - September 8 - Full Weeks ONLY - NO PARTIAL WEEKS
-Partial weeks will considered MAY 1 - June 22
-THREE DAY (3) Minimum, May 1 - June 22
-RATE: $300 per day
