Object type - family home with 3 separate apartments (AP6+2a ground floor, AP6+2b first floor and AP3+1 loft).
Located in a quiet area of Brodarica, just outside of Sibenik. Distance from the beach 5 minutes from town 20 minutes walking distance. It is located on a gentle slope, therefore overlooking the sea and nearby islands. Around the house there is a yard with a garden where there is a vegetable, green grass, flowers and olive trees and fruit, and garden. In front of the house is a large terrace covered with greenery, shade, under which there is a barbecue. The house has secured parking spaces for 6 vehicles.
