Bromont Ski in/Ski out
This condo was managed by Blanc sur Vert and right on the hill in Bromont ski resort. Excellent location - ski in and out, easy to get back to condo, but a bit more challenging ( across treed area and had to cut across a run trail) to get to a chair to get up. The Condo accommodated 6 ( one closed bedroom and 1 mezzanine bedroom and 1 pull-out couch, has a very new and modern feel with central kitchen island and well appointed furniture. Please note if you are in the open mezzanine expect to be last to sleep and first or second up, because you hear everything going on downstairs.
Bromont is a great resort - love it ! Something for everyone - Easy to Very challenging runs + night skiing for the real keeners. The only downfall is that it is so spread-out, you can not leave your group to "meet you at the bottom" kinda thing, because there are so many choices to go left or right on every run, that you never know which of the many many chairlifts you will end up at.

This was our first experience with a condo rental at BlancSurVert and we would definitely recommend it to others! It is well situated in Bromont...ie: grocery stores, boutiques & other activities like bike trails & horseback riding...even a gym too for rainy days!
We had rented a 1-bedroom unit # 201 in the Le Soleil building which provided for a great view. The condo itself was very clean, spacious and had most of the required amnemities, especially a well-equipped kitchen! The only snag though was the very noisy and abnormally long (2 hours +) dishwasher cycle! Despite having had to endure the issue during our stay, we did report it to the office who apparently said they would look into the problem. The service was efficient, accurate and accomodating from the start to finish. They were always available to answer any questions we had and willing to resolve any bumps along the way too. The only snag with the customer service though were the constant "miscommunications" between the office and the concierge. The concierge seemed to have his own "agenda" and despite saying he was going to do something he never followed through. ie: since it was raining during the time we were there, we had requested a dvd player and despite reassuring us he would put one in the unit, upon arrival there wasn't one to be found. The contract also stated that we apparently had to wait for him to come by the condo so that we could sign a registration card of sorts but he never showed up to do it? He also claimed that there was an extra $30 fee to access the washer and dryer in the unit which we were not informed of when booking...but the fee was waived by the office when we called to inquire about it...suspicious?!
Aside from the concierge issues, overall this is a great condo and worth the visit! :)
