The apartment is as described. It was clean and had extras such as water in the fridge and umbrellas. Most importantly, Dimitry was very easy to work with on the payment, deposit, and return of the deposit.

The apartment sleeps up to 5 people, is very clean, and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It is located near Brighton Beach av. in Brooklyn within 10 min. walking distance to the beach as well as 5 min. to the subway which takes you to Manhatten in 35-40 min. The neighborhood felt absolutely safe to me. Brighton Beach avenue is a center of russian-jewish life in Brooklyn which can prove to be rather interesting to some, in any case you get a great variety of delicious food from the former soviet republics.
The owner is a very friendly and helpful person available for assistance any time you might need it which I can attest calling him once at 12 PM.
I surely will rent this apartment again next time I visit NY. -

Finding this vacation rental made our stay in NYC perfect! The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The rental is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The neighborhood is a refreshing mixture of many people. There are several local markets very close. The subway is a short walk and provides an enjoyable trip into the city. Dimitry's hospitality is beyond words. He was very concerned with making our stay very enjoyable and let us know we could call him if we needed anything. He also provided us with very reasonable shuttle service to and from the airports. Our family will definitely secure this rental again when we return to the city. We highly recommend it to future travelers. Once again we would like to express our deepest appreciation to Dimitry.

This was my first tirp to NY and I have to say that the entire process and place was perfect! The owner offered shuttle service for a reasonable fee toand from the location. The location was perfect, walking distance from the beach, subway, and grocery store / shops. Everything was in perfect condition..it was like being at home, much better than spending too much on a Manhattan Hotel. I also felt very safe.

"Dear Owner!!! Thank you very much your warm hospitality and fabulous house. It has been a great base from which to do day trips to the beach and museums and all the activities Manhattan has to offer just a train ride away and it was a short ride
We liked the convenience to subway line and restaurants. The house itself was clean, quiet and perfect. This was a really great place to stay!! Very spacious & comfortable, bright, clean & well cared for. Highly recommended . We will be back!
