This is a newly-built classic Williamsburg studio loft right in the middle of the Williamsburg action with luxurious amenities and new furnishings. It's a short walk from the L train Bedford stop that is one stop off Manhattan 14th street. 10mins to get to Union Square.
The apartment has a double loft bed, a nice new bathroom with bathtub and an ample balcony among all the other listed features.
The building has a concierge, 24hr doorman security, rooftop terrace, gym on the waterfront and a library and games/tv room.

This place is fabulous. It is so close to manhattan (only 1 stop on the L train) and you get the amenities that the average manhattan apt doesnt come close to offering...washer dryer in the unit, fitness center, pool tables, gorgeous roof deck, concierge service (dry cleaning, laundry, maid service). Not to mention the neighborhood is awesome and the view of the manhattan skyline is spectaular! I stayed for three months in between apts and dont want to leave!

Located by the east river, this rental was the perfect spot to enjoy a romantic nyc weekend. In Williamsburg, we were relieved from the hustle and bustle of the city while being one stop from union station. Williamsburg itself is super fun and provides great entertainment just a few blocks from the apartment.
The building is large, full of helpful people and seemed to be quite safe. The studio was extremely clean and had all of the amenities needed.
Mr. Coltart and his lady frined made it very comfortable, relaxed and convenient.
