The apartment was great! It's exactly like the photos. Very clean and well taken care of and comfortable. The second bathroom was a God send as I was staying with three women :).
The neighborhood was ethnically diverse, full of character, and fantastic! Nice restaurants and shops. Everyone was in a hurry but really polite...even though they were still cleaning up from hurricane Sandy.
Last but not least, Dimitry (the owner) was the best! We were late arriving the first night due to the weather, Dimitry waited until we arrived (2 hours late) and still took the time to walk us to the nearest store and show us how to get to everything important, like the subway.
The last night of our stay my daughters and I went into the City (again) My Mom, decided to have a stroll around Brighton Beach one last time. She wound up lost. She called Dimitry and he was there to help her in 10 minutes!
We would stay there again anytime! The place is great!

Me and my friends rented this property for 5 days before Christmas. We arrived there in the morning, contacted the owner in advance, so he was waiting for us. Btw, he speaks Russian, so it was easy to communicate since we all were from Russia.
The apartment was clean and ready to use, as it looks on the photos. 4 of us liked the apartment style and soft sofas in the living room.
The place is quite and just 10 min to the Brighton Beach subway station, very convenient if you go to downtown sightseeing everyday.
I personally liked all about the property and its location, maybe except for automatically turning on/off radiators that sometimes caused the apartment to be cold. -

I want to thank the owner for the wonderful time we spent in his apartment, we were lucky in choosing this apartment, everything was wonderful, everything is perfectly new and very clean. My whole family felt very comfortable.
