LOFT IN SPACE!

This huge 1400 sq ft (approx. 130 m sq) photo studio space is located on the top floor of a formerly industrial loft building in the heart of fashionable Williamsburg.

This large section of my lovely loft is full of sweeping space and light! With high ceilings, old warehouse industrial details, 3 piece luxury bathroom with a rainfall shower, modern sink and white marble custom tile. Sleep in a queen sized bed complete with over-stuffed down bedding and also relax on a large sofa that can sleep another person. Make coffee in the morning or what ever you desire in the excellent kitchenette. The building is a robust in...dustrial structure with massive walls and has a fully automatic fire sprinkler for all occupants safety. I am almost always around for whatever you may need, and happy to make sure you are well informed and safe for your stay in williamsburg

The studio is a private part of my larger loft in which I reside. It is very spacious and located on the top corner of the building with eight big windows facing South and West. This allows streams of sunlight to make this loft area very warm and bright and also provides views of the Manhattan skyline and the Empire State Building, not to mention the stunning New York City sunset. There are high ceilings, wood floors, post and beams and brick walls.

Fully furnished with a big vintage couch, reading chair, ottoman and coffee table, television/ DVD, full stereo/ CD player and laptop hookup. when i am not shooting Photography, enjoy our fully private NYC vacation in this studio space as an interesting alternative to cookie cutter accommodations. it is a most comfortable and sophisticated place to enjoy.

There are two queen-bed sleeping areas behind room dividers and additional sleeping and lounging possibilities.

The kitchen has a cast concrete counter top and glass tiles and is open to the living area with a dining table and chairs. It is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, double door fridge, microwave, coffee makers and all necessary items.

Numerous photo shoots have been catered from these facilities and photo shoots and commercial uses are negotiable.

The extra large bathroom is in white marble mosaic and equipped with a large glass and marble rainfall shower stall with high windows that allow you to look over Williamsburg rooftops while showering. There is a pedestal sink and lots of mirrors.

Williamsburg is a very desirable area in which artists from around the world have chosen to settle. The apartment is only a block off Bedford Avenue - the area's main strip of cafes and shops - and a short block from the L-train which is only one stop from Manhattan.

The area is full of work/live spaces, small businesses, and recording/art studios. The area is very colorful and is a weekend destination for both native New Yorkers and visitors. There are lots of murals, galleries, and public art which reflect the artistic atmosphere of this neighborhood. In this area there are also many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, wine bars, specialty shops, and night clubs.

The loft is near McCarren Park, which holds many outdoor events and concerts in the summer. The park includes children's playgrounds, jogging tracks, and tennis courts and a public swimming pool even. Also, three blocks away is Waterfront Park, located along the East River, which has gorgeous views of Manhattan for sunbathing or picnicing. There is the wonderful brooklyn flea market and smorgasburg right there too on weekends. Williamsburg is a draw for tourists and new yorkers alike. there is also a ferry that leaves from this waterfront and takes you to manhattan, points brooklyn and to governor's island.

Transportation: 1 minute to the L-Train to Bedford Avenue and 1 minute to the B61 bus to Downtown Brooklyn.Read more

  Really lovely loft in the best spot in williamsburg. A minutes walk to the subway into Manhattan or to Bedford ave, hipster central, with tons of great shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Jennifer was a great host, very friendly and accomodating. She and her partner have fantastic taste and the apartment is very thoughtfully designed, full of interesting paintings and furniture with a hand built kitchen and shower with a view.
  Everything was 5 star, my only reservation would be the beds which weren't super comfortable, but I am picky. It's also on the top floor of the building so good exercise getting up there.. ! But worth it for the view once you're in the apartment. We were there in June and it was sweltering outside but the air conditioning was excellent and kept us cool and comfortable.
  Overall a great place to stay, I would recommend it.

  Great apartment for 4-5 people wanting to stay in New York but avoid Manhattan prices. An ideal location just across the Williamsburg bridge with a two stop ride on the subway to Manhattan from the nearby Marcy avenue station. Local bars and restaurants are a couple of blocks walk away into the bustling and interesting Williamsburg area. Regular bus services are also nearby to both Brooklyn sites (Prospect Park, Botanical Gardens) as well as into the city. Great view from the roof across the skyline. Good access to JFK.

  one thing-- we are steps to the bedford ave L train, not the marcy avenue M/J-- they are not so far but not the subway most used.
  the L is the best line as it traverses the whole of manhattan at 14th street and connects with every other train in the system-unlike any other.

  Excellent location a step from the subway and close to shops and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Modern kitchen that had all that we needed to enjoy our stay.
  
  Lots of space to hang-out and relax comfortably.
  
  Safe area for the teenagers to go explore the shops and boutiques in the funky part of Williamsburg.
  
  The vista out our 4th floor windows was superb. The Empire Sate Building catching morning and evening light in the distance was a great reminder of the city at our door.
  
  The subway is a short 3 minute walk away...and one stop to Manhattan. Williamsburg is bustling day and night. Restaurants, bakeries, bars and funky shops are just up the street.
