I've been in this apartment for ten days, with my girlfrind and other friends.
The location is very beautiful, a residential neighborhood near Carrol Garden in the north of Brooklyn district.
The nearest metro stations (Carrol St), is about 100 meters from the apartment, and the subway line (F) is one of the most important to see Manhattan, which can be achieved in ten minutes (3 stops).
The apartment is very clean, spacious and bright, the rooms are comfortable and the owner and his family are always available and kind!
I hope to stay here again!
Near te apartment there are some place very useful: a Deli and a Pizzeria (the owner's name is Girolamo and he is a very nice man!), on Smith street, toward Manhattan, there are a pharmacy, some restaurants and shops, for every eventuality!

We are from Sydney australia, after all the stories we had about NYC, this amazing condominium in the lovely Carroll Gardens Section Of Brooklyn, just a mile from the Brooklyn bridge. Nice clean and safe neighborhood, change it all. The Condo itself spotless clean!!! Big enough (four bedrooms) to my big family and in-laws, 8 all together, big living room as well as kitchen and Dining area, yes two and a half bathrooms,(very important in the mornings)
we love it and tell to all Sydney, about this discovery in america, Condo in Carroll Gardens.

All you need for a great Family Vacation, Large living room and full size bedrooms, 2&1/2 bathrooms, very good location Subway in the corner Parks and stores, we are family of 9 My father and mother and 5 kids all had there beds! nice kitchen and table for 10! friendly and helpful host. good cleaning service plenty of towels, you will enjoy it for sure
