Description

Nice cottage in the woods with beach on beautiful lake Peqwaket includes modern appliances and conveniences for all kinds of year-round activities from skiing and snowmobiling to outlet shopping and mountain climbing. Access to private beach. Jet skis prohibited but most other activities encouraged. Very quiet for families, romantic getaways, hunting/fishing, mountain climbing, biking, x-country or downhill skiing at Pleasant Mtn (15 min), Wildcat and Attitash (45 min), Sunday River (1 hour) and more.

The house includes a gas grille, canoe with paddles and life jackets, firepit and sheets, towels, plates -- everything you need except food and drink. Parking is onsite. The beach is sandy and shallow at the shore for kids and goes out to 17 feet slowly. There is both sun and shade. Fishing is allowed from the canoe (not from the beach). Over-air TV with DVD and VCR and lots of movies.

Response from the owner I make it a point to put even the bad reviews of the cabin online. It's dishonest to put only the good ones. This guest did not like the house. I have tried, based on her suggestions, to improve things. I cannot control the weather however, but the house has electric heat baseboards and you can make it as warm as you like. I can only shrug my shoulders -- you cannot please everyone, but we do try. The cabin is always open and guests are encouraged to check it out anytime.

How do damage deposits work?
