Description
It is located on a beautiful estate of 7 ha, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and forests. Is has been renovated only recently, keeping the original appearance and the traditional elements of Istrian architectural legacy, with a purpose of providing complete comfort to its guests.
Natural materials and renovated old furniture make it special.
Ten persons can be accommodated in five rooms, each room with en-suite bathroom. Next to the pool, you will find a covered terrace with barbeque grill and wine boutique, overlooking the beautiful olive groves and vineyards.
Although secluded, it is in the near vicinity of tourist centres of westerns Istria (11 km Umag, 7 km Novigrad), and near the sea (approx. 5 km). Shop, doctor, post office, bank and restaurants are only 2 km away.
Stanzia Cocci - Authentic Istrian stanzia, more than 200 years old, provides privacy with luxury.
