It is located on a beautiful estate of 7 ha, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and forests. Is has been renovated only recently, keeping the original appearance and the traditional elements of Istrian architectural legacy, with a purpose of providing complete comfort to its guests.
Natural materials and renovated old furniture make it special.
Ten persons can be accommodated in five rooms, each room with en-suite bathroom. Next to the pool, you will find a covered terrace with barbeque grill and wine boutique, overlooking the beautiful olive groves and vineyards.

Dieses idyllische Anwesen ist unbeschreiblich schön! Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll restauriert worden, das Haus ist blitzsauber. In der Küche findet man alle notwendigen Utensilien vor, sogar Kaffee ist vorhanden. Um Bettwäsche und Handtücher braucht man sich ebenfalls nicht kümmern! Der Gartengrill und die Terrasse laden zum gemütlichen Beisammesein ein. Am Morgen spazieren die Hühner beim großzügígen Pool vorbei. Die Vermieter stehen mit Rat und Tat für jede Anfrage zur Verfügung. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern, 3 Schwiegerkindern und 3-jährigem Enkelkind für 3 Nächte zum ersten Mal in der Stanzia Cocci und freuen uns jetzt schon auf's nächste Jahr!
