Los apartamentos están situados en la zona mas céntrica de Bruselas, a menos de 100 metros de la gran plaza y de la Brussels centraal, lo que los hace perfectos para alojarte y no perder tiempo en transportes, tienes restaurantes a elegir y mucha comida rápida para llevar, os puedo asegurar que no existe localización mas céntrica. Eso si, prepárate para perder los nervios , pues esta situado en una zona de marcha, y los fines de semana durante la noche la zona se transforma en un botellón y un continuo de boces y borrachos orinando en el portal, que se presta a ello por su morfología. Justo debajo hay un restaurante con un extractor de humos que desemboca justo a la altura de la ventana del dormitorio, el cual da a un patio de luces sucio, aunque gracias a Dios con las ventanas precintadas para que no las puedas abrir. Junto al restaurante hay un pub de dos plantas de altura, cuya planta alta coincide con el salón del apartamento, no os digo mas, el ruido durante la noche, reitero es horrible.
Los muebles son de ikea, nuevos, excepto el sofá cama que esta hundido por lo que es incomodo. Wc ridículo separado del baño, la bañera tiene el termo de gas incorporado dentro de ella (sin comentarios).
Concluyendo: Situación excepcional, apartamento correcto en relación calidad/precio, pero el ruido hace que no sea 100% recomendable.
Que cada uno saque sus conclusiones, aun así, quizás volvería a alojarme por la situación. -

location is 5 star!
just beside the grand place, round the corner to the chocolate museum and 5 minutes walk from the metro. walkable to the central train station (just that it is cobble street so if you ahve lugguge, errr...) nearby to supermart, and full of small eateries and restaurents. just that the pub is directly opp. downstairs, so can be noisy at night ,esp the weekend. if you are a night crawler, you might love it.
place is 4 Star!
lovely roomy apartment overlooking the cobble street. really nice kitchen. clean bathroom. did not give 5 star due to no wifi, no washing machine, door may be difficult to open initially. the coin laundry is about 5-10 minutes walk away, just ask the owner.
Btw, owner is quite far away, better if you have a prepaid card or else have difficulty.
value for price is 6 star!
would definately recommend to anyone. -

Petit appartement vraiment très très bien situé et assez bien équipé. Nous y avons passé 2 jours formidables. La rue est certe animée mais le bruit ne s'entend presque pas à l'intérieur.

We had really god time in Brussels.
We enjoined very much to stay in the appartment, it was comfortable, nice, all the Goodes ( kitchen N ETC) works perfect, location is ideal. We will recommend it to everybody who Plannes to travel to Brussels, especially families with children. As well the positive - central station near the appartment, it gives possibility to travel to another Cityes like Brugge, Koeln, Amsterdam... -

This apartment is literally steps from the Grand Place, clean, and inexpensive for the area. However, this is where the positives ended for us. We weren't expecting anything fancy based on the low price, but when we arrived (9pm) after collecting keys from a lock box, we discovered a night club in full swing directly across the street. Not a big deal for us normally (especially when we noticed the double paned windows). However, we had a sleepless night because even with the windows closed, the music from the club and the bright strobe lights continued to be heard and seen in the bedroom until 8am! We were shocked that not one previous guest had mentioned this in the comments, but both Friday and Saturday night this was the situation. When we contacted the management to pay our balance, I left a message and a man came over who spoke very little English and didn't understand our questions or concerns.
The apartment itself was clean but needed some updating (specifically the bathroom with its peeling paint and mildewed grout). It could be a fantastic place, but the noise and the run-down amenities just ruined it for us. -

The apartment is so close to the center of Brussels that we could get to the Grand Place by walking for a minute. It's located in a peaceful place though you can't see anything but a wall through the windows. Despite that, we'd be delighted to repeat the experience.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this apartment for five days. It is fantastic, the apartment is huge and everything is almost new so it works fine. The kitchen has everything you can need and the bed is big and confortable. And finally the location is awesome, just five minutes walking from the Grand Place.
If we come back to Brussels we won't hesitate in choosing this apartment again -

We are a young couple who stayed in Eperonniers apartments from 8th to 15th of September. We liked it very much. It was very clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, centric and near the train station. We enjoyed our stay. We recommended to everybody.

We had a great stay! The apartment is big, confortable and clean. The location is the best, only a few steps from the grandplace.
The only bad thing was the arrival, when I picked up the keys at the restaurant nobody took me or showed me properly where the apartment was, walking around with the backpacks wasn't so great, but that didn't affect the great time we had at all. -

Have to say, I was very pleased with everything regarding the apartment.
From the initial friendly and helpful staff at the key-pick-up tavern, to the
excellent location, cleanliness, facilities, heating, sound proof windows, plenty of TV
channels, comfortable bed.
Very happy with my visit and will stay there again and recommend it to friends.

My friends and i missed the train to brussels, leaving our destination time exceeding the check in time, but after a simple phone call the staff assured us that they would wait a bit longer for our arrival! The staff were extremely friendly and excellent help and hospitable! They even minded our bags after we checked out while we roamed around brussels which was extremely handy and nice of them. The apartment was very clean, attractive and comfortable, and set at a very reasonable price for the ideal location in the city centre. The 5 of us really enjoyed our stay and would definately return for our next visit to Brussels. 5 stars
