188632Highly recommend - but there are some notable minuses you should

+ Great location - 15-20 minutes from the city center, 3 minures away from Metro (station Compte de Flandre)
+ the bedroom and the livingroom are very large, the apartment can accommodate 4-5 people
+ the kitchen is well equipped, a few more cups would have been nice, but there are enough glasses
+ the bathroom with both bath and shower is large and pretty clean
- although centrally located the streets are a bit dirty, disorganized, full of pretty scary individuals - we were all fine but don't expect to live in the most civilized area of Brussels
- the internet connection - insist that you get the key for the apartment's connection because we were mislead by the guy who took us to the apartment into connecting to a free network that after a few days did not work anymore
- the towels that we found in the apartment either were not washed properly or they were pretty old - started to smell after 2 days
- the wooden floor and thin walls - one night the neighbor living on the same floor knocked at the door and told us to lower our voices (we were laughing but nothing spectacular) because she could hear us talking and the laughs were as if she were in the same room; the next night a lady that was living in the apartment below came and told us that she cannot hear us talking but she could hear every step so she asked us not to walk anymore.
So it's a great place as long as you don't talk and walk while inside :) -

This apartment is very well situated, Grand Place is within walking distance, tram and metro downstairs. All new and clean (except windows), very comfortable beds, well heated, very few noise from street below. Warmful welcome. A toaster would have been appreciated in the kitchen.

My English is not very good, but i can recommend this apartment. Very good apartment but a little far from center. Clean and comfortable. Good price and good service.
