Luxury duplex apartment, recently renovated to the highest standards. Loft style, open spaces, lots of windows. The aparment combines a modern spacious design with the feel of a traditional building (high ceilings, oak beams, etc). Design furniture and fittings, custom made oak furniture, oak floors. Access through a private courtyard. Large wide screen television (42 inches), dvd player, cable tv and internet.
Easy parking. Stone's throw from the European Union offices: 200mt from the Council and 800mt from the Parliament. Grand Place and most of Brussel's other famous sites within walking distance.

The location, surrounding neighbourhood and host is what makes this review 4/5 stars. Would recommend this apartment as a great home base to see Brussels and surrounding ares as daytrips. It is very central, with easy access to metro or walk to major sites in Brussels and has some nice outdoor spaces/parks close proximity to the apartment. The host made herself available and was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment suits a couple who don't have any issues with stairs (no elevator and bedroom/shower are in loft space). Pictures on website are exact to the specifications, clean and modern style. We were very happy with our stay.
