This cabin was absolutely amazing: Completely Private, Wonderful amenities, Amazing View - We will definitely be back. The only thing I would change is to offer internet service.

We love this cabin. It is beautifully furnished, comfortable and also very clean. Yes, the road up to the cabin is somewhat narrow but there are plenty of pullouts and we never felt unsafe. Once you arrive at Smoke Rise and see that spectacular view, the road becomes a non-issue. What a great place. A cup of coffee, a glass of wine, a good book and one of those deck chairs makes it very difficult to leave that front porch. The view is constantly changing. We didn't have a problem with the cabin location as it was equidistant to hiking, rafting and shopping. We have been visiting Bryson City for 25 years and Smoke Rise Cabin is the best place we have ever stayed. We will be back in 2013.

The cabin was well furnished and well-stocked. We enjoyed the quiet
surroundings and the privacy. The view of the lake and distant mountains was fantastic, and we enjoyed photographing it in different
light conditions. The only negatives were the distance from nearby
towns and the narrow, winding road up to the cabin.

This was the best cabin we have had . the view is undescribable.the picture doesnt come close unless your there.
also you can really see the personal touches the cabin
owner put into it.the hot tub with a stereo system,the shower,the decks,the fire pit and horseshoe area,the intereior decorations.
i cant say enough about it .we will be back if the lords willing.and i want to say thanks to the owners for sharing this wonderful cabin.thank you ,thank you,thank you
