Welcome to Punta Arena Resort! This one of a kind new luxury beachfront condominium is located in Bucerias, a quaint beachside town situated right outside of Nuevo Vallarta. This upscale condo boasts two large bedrooms both with full size bathrooms, marble floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 40 ft. long deck with endless ocean views- there is nothing between you and the beach! All rooms are air-conditioned and are professionally and tastefully decorated with a Mexican flare.

Great location to restaurants and shops. Beautiful beach to run and walk. Huge patio to enjoy the view and relax. Well set up kitchen with some spices too. Appreciated the blender and the electric juicer to make fresh orange juice in the morning. The only thing missing were boogie boards, but there were binoculars to view the dolphins. Thanks Libby!
Suggestion for improvement for the Punta arena complex- Have a grocery cart handy for guests arriving by cab with groceries and toilet paper in the pool bathroom. -

This condo was beautiful..spent much of time on the 40' balcony watching dolphins and just enjoying the sun, sea and sites. We loved the floor to ceiling patio doors which opened up completely...it was amazing. All amenities were close...and we enjoyed fabulous restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. We loved this condo and Bucerias! We'll be back soon!

We stayed in this fabulous condo in June with our Son and his Fiance. We are returning in September (just the two of us) because we had such a wonderful experience. Everything in the condo was beautiful. You just cant beat that view, and the pool is wonderful. It is in such a close proximity to restaurants etc. We loved the location. Our Son has decided to stay in the condo for their honeymoon, as they really loved everything about the condo as well. I highly recommend this condo.

What an incredible view of Banderas Bay from that fabulous balcony! The condo was really lovely, comfortable & spacious, with beautiful bedrooms & bathrooms. The building is well-maintained & the pool area was lovely and spotless. The beach was clean & the boogie boards got a good workout. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony every morning while we watched the local fishermen swim out & dive for oysters right in front of the condo. Around noon the wind would start up & we'd be entertained by the kiteboarders & windsurfers for the rest of the afternoon. The binoculars got a lot of use! The condo staff & other visitors & residents were friendly & helpful. Wonderful restaurants, shopping, markets & transportation - all a few steps away. Bucerias is a charming little town with a laid back pace that suits us perfectly. We were concerned about security but need not have been. We brought our 2 teenage daughters for our 1st family vacation & could not have made a better choice! Plus we had incredible 30+ weather every day to top it all off!
The only things we missed in the condo were a kettle for boiling water & a grill. Even though there was a clean grill down at the pool area it would be nice to have one closer- on the huge balcony - there was plenty of room out there. The owners kindly left us some coffee & condiments in the fridge since they used the condo the week before us. I would recommend that the owners also provide basic cooking spices, sugar, salt & pepper for guest use. A small touch but one we would've greatly appreciated since we cooked about half our meals there. We did buy some at the Mini-Super down the block and we left what we bought in the pantry for the next guests to use. No biggie - just a thought. We recommend the Punta Arena condos to all of our friends & family. We hope to stay longer to explore the area more next time. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the gorgeous pool to do anything else but play in the water & on the beach! WOW -

part of the living area. Sat
out on the deck all of the time. Great
views and people watching. The kitchen
was well stocked. Loved making
fresh squeezed juice everyday.
Everything was within walking
distance. Lots of great restaurants. Walked
every day on the beach.
It goes on for miles.
Absolute paradise. We are planning a return trip
next winter.
